This section only applies if AIARC processes payroll for your Center.

Depending on your Center's policy, your final pay may be disbursed by your Center rather than AIARC. Please verify with your Center its policy on final payouts.

Your Center will notify AIARC of your separation date and may notify AIARC of any other payments due to you (such as for unused leave) at that time. AIARC will, whenever possible, include all such payments in your last regular pay; however, this may not always be possible depending on when notifications are received from your Center. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep your banking arrangements unchanged for at least one month after the month in which you terminate employment. If this is not possible, please notify your AIARC coordinator so that alternative payment arrangements can be made.

If the amount of your final pay differs from the amount that you were expecting, please contact the Human Resources department at your Center.
